Luna Casino Login and Registration

How to register

Registration is a single short form and takes under two minutes. You will need a valid email address, your real name as it appears on your ID, your home address and a contact number. Accuracy matters more than speed here: the details you type now are checked against your documents later, and a mismatch is the most common reason a first withdrawal is held up.

1. Open the casino and click the Join or Register button in the top right corner.
2. Fill in your full legal name, email address, home address and phone number.
3. Choose your account currency and set a strong, unique password.
4. Confirm that you are over 18 and accept the terms and privacy policy.
5. Make a first deposit from C$15 and enter the promo code LUNA.
6. Upload your ID and proof of address from the Upload Docs page right away.

How to log in

Signing in needs only the email address and password you registered with. The login button sits in the top right corner on both the website and the app. On a phone you can switch on Face ID or fingerprint sign-in after the first successful login, which is both faster and safer than typing a password on a small keyboard in public. Sessions stay open for a limited time and then ask you to sign in again — that timeout is a security feature, not a fault.

Why there is no login form on this page

This is an independent information site, not the casino itself, so there is deliberately no sign-in form here. Never enter casino credentials on a third-party page, however convincing it looks — that is exactly how account details get stolen. Always sign in through the casino's own website or its official app, and check the address bar before you type anything.

Forgotten password

Use the password recovery link on the casino's login screen. A reset email arrives within seconds at the address on your account, and the link inside is valid for a limited period. If nothing arrives, check the spam folder first and confirm you are using the address you actually registered with. Keeping that mailbox active matters beyond passwords, because payment confirmations and bonus notifications travel the same route.

When login does not work

Three things account for almost every failed sign-in. The password is being typed with the wrong capitalisation — check the caps lock key. The email address is a different one from the address the account was opened with. Or the account has been temporarily locked after several wrong attempts, in which case waiting a few minutes solves it. If none of those apply, email support from your registered address with your username in the first line and they can unlock it directly.

Verification and account security

Verification is a licence requirement, not an obstacle. Upload your ID and a recent proof of address from the Upload Docs page as soon as the account exists, and the check is usually finished within a working day — long before you want your first payout. Beyond that: use a password you use nowhere else, switch on two-factor authentication, never share your login, and sign out on any device that is not yours.
